  1. Stop! Do not throw away any damaged property.
  2. Contact the police in the case of vandalism or theft.
  3. Make any emergency repairs necessary to avoid additional damage.

  5. Make a list of damaged or stolen items.
  6. Locate any prior purchase records for damaged or stolen items.
  7. Keep all receipts for materials and replacement items.
  8. Keep track of the time that you spend on making repairs and/or cleanup.

Important Auto Accident Information

  1. STOP! Do not leave the scene.
  2. Seek medical attention for anyone injured.
  3. Have someone call the police immediately.
  4. Do not discuss the accident with anyone but the police.
  5. Do not discuss your insurance policy limits with anyone.
  6. DO NOT ADMIT FAULT!
  7. Write down the names, addresses and phone number of all witnesses.
  8. Obtain names, addresses and phone numbers of all persons involved in the accident. Year, make, model and owner of other vehicle(s).
  9. Fill out an "In Case of Accident" form, if possible, with information from the other driver.
